You may select an option below to book an appointment online. If you don't see a time that works, please reach out by text or email for more availability. Please bare with me as I have three children of my own and inconveniences do arise. I do my best to keep my schedule up to date.


Each service has a price listed. These are out of pocket/out of network fees. If I am in network with your provider you can call your insurance provider and ask what fees you may be subject to per your plan. Please ask for a case number so it can be referred to if unexpected costs come back. I will collect a credit card upon booking for in case of a cancellation or coverage is denied. I will not charge your card without sending you notification first. Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance when possible. I understand that emergencies happen. In the case of illness, let me know as soon as you can. We can make arrangements to reschedule.

After you have booked and I have approved your appointment, I will send you a link to fill out my intake form. This form will need to be completed before I see you. I cannot come to your house without the consent signed. If you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to reach out! I look forward to working with you!
